Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
After the sale is approved. When the product belongs to an external store, the commission is paid after the store has paid the network. Details in the getting-paid guide.
Do I need to be a registered business?
To be paid you give the business a valid accounting document that fits your status. Details in the getting-paid guide.
How long after a click does a sale still count as mine?
Every offer has an attribution window. The default is 30 days, and each offer can set its own.
What if a customer returns the product?
The commission on that sale is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is offset against your next payout.
