Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

At affilink we regard making our digital service accessible as a top priority, and we work to enable the entire public, including people with disabilities, to browse and use the platform as conveniently and equitably as possible. We invest effort and resources in improving accessibility, in the belief that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity and independence.

Level of accessibility and the standard

This site was built in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for a Service), 5773-2013. In practice we test the site against the current WCAG 2.2 at level AA, which contains and extends the requirements of that standard.

Conformance level: the site is partially conformant with level AA - it meets most requirements, but known defects remain unfixed and are listed in full under Known exclusions and limitations below. We do not claim full conformance while those defects exist.

Accessibility features on the site

• Proper semantic structure (headings, lists, navigation) to support screen readers.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Color contrast meeting the WCAG AA requirement (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and user-interface components) in both light and dark modes, as measured in our most recent scan.
• The ability to switch between light and dark themes according to user preference.
• Alternative text for images and meaningful graphic elements.
• Support for enlarging text and changing the display size in the browser without loss of content or function.
• Respect for the user's preference to reduce animations (prefers-reduced-motion).
• Full support for right-to-left (RTL) direction in Hebrew.

Technologies and browsers tested

For the best browsing experience we recommend using the NVDA screen reader. The site was tested in the common browsers in their up-to-date versions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on mobile and desktop devices.

Who made it accessible, and when

Accessibility work was carried out and tested by the affilink team (self-assessment); the most recent review was on August 11, 2026. It comprised an automated scan against WCAG 2.2 level AA on desktop and mobile, plus manual testing of keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form error messages, motion control and increased text spacing.

What has not been tested: the site has not yet been tested with a screen reader. That is the main reason we do not claim full conformance. The test is planned, and until it is done we welcome reports from screen-reader users and will act on them immediately.

Accessibility of downloadable documents

Some documents in the Service (e.g. invoices and reports) may be produced in PDF format. We work to make these documents accessible; if you encounter a document that is not accessible, contact us and we will provide it to you in an accessible alternative format, free of charge.

Receiving the service through an alternative channel

If a person with a disability has difficulty using any element of the Service, we will be glad to help and provide the information, or perform the action on their behalf, through an alternative channel (email or phone), in coordination with the accessibility coordinator.

Nature of the service

affilink is a digital service only. We have no branches or physical reception, and therefore building and infrastructure accessibility arrangements are not relevant to this service.

Exclusions and limitations

We run periodic automated accessibility scans and fix what they find. The most recent scan, on 12 August 2026, returned no findings on any of the 19 pages tested - on desktop and mobile, including 200% zoom and a 320-pixel screen width.

Why we do not claim full conformance: automated testing covers only about a third of the standard's criteria. Criteria such as screen-reader reading order, the clarity of error messages, or whether an image's alternative text conveys the right meaning require human review, and ours is still in progress. We therefore declare partial conformance: everything tested meets the requirement, and we do not make claims about what has not yet been reviewed by hand.

There may be defects we have not yet identified. If you encounter an element that is not accessible, we would appreciate you contacting our accessibility coordinator, and we will address it. Until it is fixed, and in any case, the information or action is available through an alternative channel free of charge - see "Receiving the service through an alternative channel" above.
