What is affilink?
An Israeli affiliate marketing platform: businesses launch an affiliate program and manage offers, and affiliates find offers to promote and earn a commission on every sale that came through their links. The system tracks clicks and conversions and calculates commissions automatically.
How much does it cost a business?
Three plans: Starter at $72/month with a 9% platform fee, Growth at $144/month with 6%, and Agency at $297/month with 3%. The platform fee is calculated on the affiliate's commission only - not on the sale amount. The listed price is the final price - no VAT applies (VAT-exempt dealer).
How much does it cost an affiliate?
Nothing. Sign-up and use are free for affiliates. The affiliate receives the full commission stated on the offer - platform fees are charged to the business and never reduce the affiliate's commission.
Who pays affiliates their commissions?
The business whose offer was promoted pays the affiliate directly, through a payment channel convenient to both (bank transfer, etc.). affilink calculates and reports exactly who is owed how much and produces the entitlement report - but does not hold or move money itself. Affiliates in Israel issue an invoice to the business.
What is an attribution window?
The period after a click on an affiliate link during which a sale is still credited to the affiliate. The default is 30 days and each offer can set otherwise. A buyer who clicked on Sunday and bought two weeks later - the affiliate still gets the commission.
Is there a tracking pixel to install on the site?
No, deliberately. affilink works only with cryptographically signed server-to-server reporting (HMAC-SHA256) - a reliable method that cannot be forged, unlike pixels. The connection requires a short implementation on the vendor's site (about 30 lines of code; there is a detailed guide and ready examples for WooCommerce and Node.js).
What happens when a customer gets a refund?
The vendor's site reports the refund through the same API, the conversion is marked as reversed and the commission credited for it is automatically deducted from the affiliate's next payout. Everything is transparent in both parties' reports.
What is the marketplace and who pays for exposure in it?
The marketplace is affilink's public offer board, where a business's offer is exposed to all affiliates in the network - not only those the business recruited itself. Exposure costs the business a 3% marketplace fee (default) - charged to the business only. The affiliate's commission is unaffected: same offer, same commission, everywhere.
What is the affiliate referral program?
An affiliate who refers a new affiliate to the network receives 15% of the commission pool on every sale the referee generates. The split comes from the existing pool (the referee gets 85% and sees their rate up front) - the business does not pay a single extra cent because of the referral.
Are there promotions or a trial period?
Yes. The system supports promotions - a free or discounted service for a limited time - via a coupon code at sign-up, an automatic promotion for those who register within a defined period, or a personal grant. A promotion can lower the subscription fee and/or the marketplace fee; affiliate commissions are not affected by promotions.
How does affilink protect data security and privacy?
Every conversion report is HMAC-SHA256 signed with replay protection, API keys expire automatically after 30 days, visitors' IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash, and every sensitive administrative action is recorded in an audit log. As an Israeli platform, affilink operates subject to the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13.
I'm an agency with a team - how does it work?
The Agency plan supports a parent account with sub-accounts for team members: each team member works with their own links and statistics, but all commissions flow into the agency's parent account. On the business side, you can invite team members to the organization with defined roles (affiliate management, finance, analytics).
